It is dangerous. The idea of an earth is to give any residual current a direct path to ground, thus eliminating the possibility of fatal exposed live parts. The earth basically makes sure the RCD trips.
If your circuit is RCD protected, using the earth as 0v won't work.

I assume your using a MEN system otherwise this wouldn't work. You are increasing your earth-loop impedance (compared to connecting to a neutral) thereby decreasing the chance that your upstream breaker will trip in the event of a fault.
If your three-phase circuit is 3-wire and it is RCD protected you would trip the RCD under any load in the arrangement you've described.
